Vinyasa विन्यास - breath | movement This practice weaves together an exploration of body, breath and movement, through carefully curated asana and breath techniques. We aim to awaken and strengthen the body as a whole. Offering you an embodied approach that engages the mind, body and spirit, as invitations of self inquiry. Acknowledging the lineage of this practice and how it’s teachings can become a foundation of how you choose to show up. Not suitable for complete beginners. All props, mats provided. *this class is held at Studio 19 - in between wooden shutter units 17 + 21. CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED - please use your discernment.
