Hatha हठ (translation) "force" Carefully curated flow that journeys through the different layers of body. Interweaving breath, stillness, movement - that invites you into an exploration of feeling and sensation. An encouraging practice of self regulation with supported guidance for your system. Additional infusions of restorative and stillness with the use of props to end. Growing awareness and spaciousness for the all parts of body to thrive, through softness and strength. Acknowledging the lineage of this practice and how it’s teachings can become a foundation of how you choose to show up. Supportive space that welcomes all levels. (all props provided) *this class is held at Studio 16 - which has illuminated 'YOGA' sign on external wall. CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED - please use your discernment.
